Video insights
@gymplugofficial's TikTok video "You’ve probably heard recently that a Jm press is good for the lateral and medial heads, but bad for the long head, so is that true? The Long head is the only one of the three that crosses both the elbow and shoulder joint. When you simultaneously bend the elbow and move your upper arm ( like you’re doing in the Jm press) the long head will not be able to produce significant force and won’t be stimulated well. If you want to train the long head you need a movement where the upper arm stays still while the elbow is flexing - basically any pushdown variation. If you’re reading this, I suppose you are interested in building muscle and training properly. That’s why I made an e-book which tells you exactly which exercises to do and how to do them for maximum gains. Check out the link in bio. Sale ends soon, don’t miss out. #training #gymtips #tricepsworkout #triceps #jmpress" has 26,745 views, 112 likes, 3 comments, 3 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
