Análisis del vídeo
El vídeo de TikTok de @nicklee.pt “4 exercises I will NEVER stop doing as a runner… and neither should you! ⬇️ It can feel like there’s an endless list of exercises runners should be doing. But realistically, you can’t do them all… and for me, these 4 have earned a permanent place in my training: 1️⃣ Tibialis raises Your tibialis helps control your foot as it hits the ground and plays a massive role in managing the impact of the ground when running. Building strength here is also a great way for defending against shin splints! 2️⃣ Bent-knee calf raises Probably one of the most under-utilised exercises for runners. Bending the knee puts more emphasis on the Soleus, a muscle that plays a huge role in propelling you forward and maintaining power on longer runs. 3️⃣ Straight-leg calf raises A boring answer? Maybe, But there’s a reason they’re a staple. They build strength through the calf and Achilles and develop your ability to produce force through the ankle. 4️⃣ Lateral single-leg pogos A little more advanced, but I love these for runners. Running is essentially thousands of repeated hops and pogos train you to be quick and reactive off the ground. Taking them laterally also makes the ankle work harder to build control outside of just straight-line movement. Just 4 simple exercises that build the strength and durability every runner needs! 🔥 Save these and start adding them into your training 👊🏻 #runningtips #runningstrength #anklestrength #runninglife #runfaster” tiene 33,660 visualizaciones, 1,585 me gusta, 6 comentarios y 136 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
