INGREDIENTS * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream * ½ cup powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix * 1½ cups cold whole milk * 3 ripe bananas, sliced * 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies * ½ cup whipped cream, for topping * ¼ cup crushed vanilla wafers, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a bowl, whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate until thickened. 2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. 5. Crush half the vanilla wafers into coarse crumbs. 6.
