Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. 2. Cook for 6–8 minutes until apples soften and caramelize. Cool completely. 3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 4. Warm tortillas briefly to make them flexible. 5. Spread cheesecake filling in the center of each tortilla. 6.
