Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. 2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined. 3. Shape into a compact loaf on the prepared rack. 4.
