Then pop in the airfryer for 20-23 minutes, or until cooked through. Whilst the chicken is cooking, chop your leeks, and fry off in a pan with the garlic until soft. Next, add the chicken stock, light Philadelphia, mixed herbs, sugar and pepper. Stir and leave to simmer until a sauce forms and thickens. Add some Parmesan to the sauce and mix. In the meantime, in a separate pan, fry off your broccoli and prepare your rice to instructions. Slice the cooked chicken, then serve up with the broccoli, sauce, Parmesan and parsley.
