Video-Einblicke

Das TikTok-Video „This is the banded up and over, and it’s a great drill for opening up your chest and shoulders. If you struggle with it, break the movement down first. Start with shoulder flexion by raising your arms overhead while gently pulling the band apart. Next, work on shoulder extension. Hold the band behind your body and raise it as high as you comfortably can while opening up your chest. Once you’re comfortable with both positions, put them together and practice the full banded up and over. You’re taking your shoulders through flexion and extension while also challenging shoulder control and external rotation. Try adding this to your mobility routine a few times a week.“ von @alejandromatias674 kommt laut den von diesem Index erfassten öffentlichen Kennzahlen auf 6.660 Aufrufe, 248 Likes, 2 Kommentare, 46 Shares.
