Video insights

@swimsy.co's TikTok video "Breaststroke turns require TWO hands. Touching the wall with one hand can get you disqualified ↓ A legal two-hand touch is the foundation of every breaststroke turn. ❌ Wrong — touching with one hand • One arm reaches the wall first • The second hand stays behind • The body starts turning before both hands touch It may feel faster… but it can cost you the entire race. ✅ Correct — touch with both hands • Both hands touch the wall at the same time • Hands can be at the same level or slightly uneven • Keep your body facing the wall until the touch • Then release one hand and begin the turn What changes: • Your turn stays legal • You rotate with better control • The movement becomes smoother and faster • You prepare for a stronger push-off Touch first. Turn second. #breaststroke #swim #swimtok #swimcoach" has 1,082,229 views, 12,101 likes, 39 comments, 480 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
