Press a thin layer of beef mince evenly onto each tortilla. 2. Season the mince with salt, pepper and your spices. 3. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and place the tortilla mince-side down. Fry for 2–3 minutes. 4. Flip the tortilla over, add your cheddar cheese and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the mince is fully cooked and the cheese has melted. 5. Mix all your sauce ingredients together. 6. Once cooked, add a generous amount of sauce, shredded lettuce, chopped onion and extra pickles. 7. Fold and enjoy!
