@mrsmmac's TikTok video "Cheesy Pasta Sauce with Hidden Veg 🧀🥕 Mac & cheese style for fussy toddlers You’ll need: 1 cup carrots ½ large cauliflower 1 zucchini 1 tbsp butter 250g whole milk 2 tbsp GF flour (normal is fine) 1 cup grated Gouda + mozzarella ½ tsp paprika Pinch oregano, pepper + chicken seasoning 1 cooked chicken breast Pasta of choice Method: Steam veg until soft, I did mine in the Thermomix for 20 mins. Make your white sauce with butter, flour + milk. Add seasoning, steamed veg + cheese and blend for about 30 seconds until completely smooth. I air fried a chicken breast with BBQ spice, thyme, olive oil + lemon juice, then blended it for 3 seconds to shred it super fine. Stir into the sauce so it’s completely hidden. Cook your pasta, reserving a little pasta water. Mix everything together and add pasta water if the sauce is too thick. You can make this dairy/lactose free too. For babies, halve the recipe and adjust ingredients according to what they’ve already been introduced to. Madi has already had dairy so she eats this too, just a smaller portion. 🤍 * the thermomix has been a game changer in cooking, if you are looking to grab one , chat to @deepamalviya138 💛 • •• ••• #hiddenveg #pastasauce #toddlerfood #babyfood" has 4,986 views, 278 likes, 5 comments, 7 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
