In a large bowl, combine the kefir or milk, egg, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well. 2. Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour. Knead until you have a soft, smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. 3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes. 4. Cut the 5 sausages in half. Wrap each piece of sausage in a slice of cheese. 5. Divide the dough into small, equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. 6. Roll each ball into a small oval or circle.
