Video insights

@theartcoach's TikTok video "Tap the link in my bio to start the drawing drills course. Grass is a great subject for practicing tapered line control. Start each pen stroke with a little more pressure, then gradually release that pressure as you move through the line so it becomes thinner toward the tip. Practice that single mark first. Then combine those tapered lines into small bunches of grass. From there, group those bunches into larger shapes, vary their height and direction, and gradually build an entire grassland landscape. This is how drawing practice scales: one controlled line becomes a small group, small groups become larger shapes, and those shapes eventually become an entire scene. Train the mark first. Then learn how to build with it." has 4,387 views, 272 likes, 1 comments, 7 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
