Video insights

@theartcoach's TikTok video "Tap the link in my bio you start the drawing drills course. Even something completely imaginary becomes easier to draw when you give it a simple structure first. For these floating rocky islands, start with an upside-down pyramid. That basic 3D form establishes the perspective, volume, and overall direction of the island. Then begin breaking up the pyramid into smaller rock forms. Modify the silhouette, cut into the edges, add ledges and cracks, and gradually work toward smaller details. This is one of the most useful habits when learning how to draw from imagination. Large shapes to small shapes. Form before texture. Build something solid first, then make it fantastical." has 7,104 views, 500 likes, 11 comments, 13 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
