Now his dad is being asked to do something no parent imagines when their little boy is only THREE: Plan his funeral. Waylon O’Mary Coronna died Friday after the attack at his family’s home in Sulligent, Alabama. Authorities say the family surrendered the dog after the attack and it was later euthanized. When you look at Waylon’s picture it’s so incredibly sad to realize how quickly an ordinary morning became the worst day of this family’s life. His aunt Ashley is already thinking about what comes after the initial shock wears off. “I know the days N nights to come are gonna be so so hard on him.” She’s talking about her brother Justin — Waylon’s dad. Another family member described Waylon as a “very sweet beautiful little boy,” while Tiffany wrote that this little 3-year-old had already “made a difference in alot of lives.” His funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized. Friends have started raising money to help his family with the expenses that now come with burying a child they should have been watching grow up. There really isn’t a way to make sense of a 3-year-old being here one morning and gone before the day is over.
