@calwillcookit's TikTok video "Cheesesteak Loaded Potato Bowl 🥩🥔🔥 This recipe is simple, easy and packs an incredible combination of flavors — Perfect for a weeknight dinner or meal prep! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (3-4 servings) ~1.5 lbs yukon gold potatoes - ~1.5 lbs of thinly sliced steak (I used top sirloin) - 1 red bell pepper - 1 green bell pepper - 1 white onion - Extra virgin olive oil - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika. - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tsp worcestershire sauce - Low fat shredded white cheddar - Chopped parsley (garnish) Sauce (Combine all ingredients) - ~1/3 cup low fat sour cream or greek yogurt - ~1-2 tbsp hot sauce of choice - ~1 tbsp of honey - Small pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder & smoked paprika Note(s): Measurements are estimated; adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Wash & dry the potatoes, then dice into small cubes. Add to a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika. Mix well, spread evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for ~30–35 minutes, mixing halfway through. 2. While the potatoes bake, dice the peppers & onions. Add to a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder, then sauté for ~8–10 minutes or until cooked to your liking. 3. Thinly slice the steak. Remove the peppers & onions from the skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil and increase to high heat. Add the steak, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder and cook for ~4–5 minutes. 4. Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, peppers & onions. Mix and cook for another ~3–4 minutes. 5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. 6. Assemble your bowl & ENJOY! 🙌🏻 • • • • • #explore #cooking #food #EasyRecipe #fyp" has 14,349 views, 802 likes, 14 comments, 210 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
