@andrew.curates's TikTok video "🌮 CHOPPED BEEF STEAK TACOS Juicy, spicy chopped steak, creamy guacamole, fresh pico de gallo and a squeeze of lime — hii combination ilikuwa CRAZY. 😭🔥 🥩 CHOPPED STEAK * 500g beef steak, cut into bite-sized chunks * 1 tsp chilli flakes * 1 tsp ginger powder * 1 tsp cumin powder * 1 tsp curry powder * 1 tsp paprika * 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped * 1 tbsp olive oil * Salt to taste * 1 tbsp oyster sauce 🥑 GUACAMOLE * 2 ripe avocados * Juice of ½ lime * 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * Salt to taste 🍅 PICO DE GALLO * 2 tomatoes, finely chopped * ½ red onion, finely chopped * 1 jalapeño, finely chopped * 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * Juice of ½ lime * Salt to taste 🌮 TO SERVE * Small flour tortillas * Lime wedges * Extra jalapeño & parsley, optional 👨🏽🍳 METHOD 1. Marinate the beef In a bowl, combine the chopped beef with chilli flakes, ginger, cumin, curry powder, paprika, garlic, olive oil and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Make the guacamole Mash the avocados with a fork, then add lime juice, parsley and salt. Mix until combined. I like mine slightly chunky — don’t over-mash it. 🥑 3. Make the pico de gallo Combine the chopped tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño and parsley. Add lime juice and salt, then mix and set aside. 4. Cook the beef Heat a pan over high heat and cook the beef in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan. Sear until nicely browned and cooked through. Return all the beef to the pan, add the oyster sauce and toss everything together for another minute or two. 5. Toast the tortillas Place the tortillas on a hot, dry pan and toast briefly on both sides until they develop those beautiful little charred spots. 6. Assemble 🌮 Spread a generous layer of guacamole over the tortilla, add the juicy chopped steak, top with pico de gallo and finish with jalapeño and a generous squeeze of fresh lime. And that’s it! Simple ingredients, big flavour. 🌮✨ Save this one for your next taco night! 🤌🏽 #tacos" has 12,360 views, 863 likes, 17 comments, 61 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
