Blend the cashews, almonds, coconut flakes and yogurt until smooth. 2. In a bowl, combine the blended nut mixture with chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic, cumin, curry powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and turmeric. Mix until you have a rich red marinade. 3. Add the chicken and coat thoroughly. Add fresh coriander and slit green chillies, then mix well. 4. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour. 5. Mix in a handful of fried onions. 6. Heat ghee in a wide pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes, allowing the chicken to slowly cook in its marinade. 7. Give it a good mix, then add hot water to loosen the gravy. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. 8. Finish with fresh coriander and green chillies. Serve hot with naan.
