Wrap the puff pastry (thawed and soft) around the sausage. 2. Using scissors, cut diagonal slits, then fold the strips over alternately, flattening them to create a leaf pattern. 3. Spread the sweet potato mousse (optional) down the center, then top with the corn mayo. 4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella, drizzle with pizza sauce (or ketchup), then finish with extra mayo. 5.
