But definitely will make again! 👩🏻🍳Gogi Mari Recipe * 700g thinly sliced beef (I used Costco‘s New York Shabu Shabu beef, but even thinner slices would be better. If you can find thinly sliced Korean brisket (chadolbagi), I highly recommend using that.) * 5–6 thin spring onions Sauce * 2T soy sauce * 1T mirim (or cooking wine) * 1/2T minced garlic * 1/2T sesame oil * Black pepper 1. lay the beef slices flat and place a spring onion in the centre.
