Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Reserve a mug of pasta water before draining. 2. In a large frying pan, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. 3. Add the finely chopped leek and onion, cooking until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute. 4. Add the frozen peas, dried oregano, black pepper and a little salt. Pour in a few splashes of pasta water and stir. 5. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce. Gradually add more pasta water until you reach your desired consistency. 6. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until well coated. 7. Finish with the grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
