Then add your minced beef and cook until brown. Add your seasonings, tomato puree and fry for a few minutes. Then add your Passata or chopped tomatoes, beef stock and bring to the boil. Once boiling, start adding your pasta. Cook this for 10-15 mins or until the pasta is cooked (taste test to try). Make sure to mix well so the pasta doesn’t stick together. Next, add in your cheese sauce and mix. If you want it more ‘soupy’ you can add more water / stock (I wanted it thicker).
