nutella kinder blondie bars blondie: 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, soft 1 cup (200g) light brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar 3 eggs 2 tsp (8g) vanilla 1 3/4 cups (220g) ap flour 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1/2 tsp (3g) baking powder 3-4 kinder bueno fingers, chopped 1/3 cup (80-100g) nutella for swirling *cream together the butter and sugars until smooth and fluffy. then add in the eggs and vanilla. in another bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. add the dry into the wet and fold gently to mix. try to avoid overmixing. then add in the chopped kinder bueno fingers. pour into a lined 9x9 baking pan and swirl on some nutella on the top. bake at 350 for 25-32 min (time will vary, the middle should be barely set). take out and let cool completely. nutella ganache: 1 cup (150g) semi sweet chocolate 1/2 cup (100g) heavy cream 1/4 cup (80g) nutella pinch of salt +whole kinder bueno fingers for layer on top *best way is to gently heat the heavy cream and pour it on top of the finely chopped chocolate to melt. but you can also put both together in the microwave and microwave slowly in 20 sec increments until melted. then mix in the nutella and salt. add a thin layer on top of the cooled blondie, then a row of kinder buenos, then the rest of the ganache. let this set in the fridge at least 20 min before the topping. chocolate topping: 1 1/3 cups (200g) melted semi sweet chocolate flakey salt chopped bueno pieces *melt chocolate and pour over the ganache/kinder layer. top with kinder bueno pieces and flakey salt. let set in the fridge. #kinderbueno #nutella #blondies #Recipe — @emijuju TikTok
