Add milk and rice oil to a bowl and mix well until emulsified. ① ボウルに牛乳と米油を入れ、よく混ぜて乳化させる。 2. Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined. ② グラニュー糖を加え、なじむまで混ぜる。 3. Sift in the cake flour and baking powder, then mix gently with a spatula. ③ 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜる。 4. Once the dough comes together, add food coloring and mix until evenly colored. ④ 生地がひとまとまりになったら、食紅を加えて色をつける。 5. Place the dough between sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 5mm thick. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. ⑤ 生地をクッキングシートで挟み、厚さ5mmほどに伸ばして冷凍庫で15分冷やす。 6. Cut out the dough with your favorite cookie cutter. ⑥ 好きな型で生地を型抜きする。 7. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet and chill in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170°C. ⑦ 型抜きした生地を天板に並べ、冷凍庫でさらに15分冷やす。その間にオーブンを170℃に予熱する。 8.
