@emijuju's TikTok video "hot cocoa brownie cookies go follow my new cookie business @batchi cookies ☺️ recipe: 1 1/4 cups (212g) bitter or semisweet chocolate 6 tbsp (80g) unsalted butter 1/4 cup (50g) white sugar 1/2 cup (126g) brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup (89g) flour 1/4 cup (23g) cocoa powder 2 tbsp hot cocoa mix (i used swiss miss) 1/2 tsp (2g) salt 2 tsp (8g) milk powder (optional) 1/2 cup (94g) white chocolate chips 3 tbsp (19-23g) dehydrated mini marshmallows *in a microwave safe bowl, gradually microwave the butter and chocolate together until its smooth. do it in 15-20 sec increments to not burn the chocolate. whisk in the cocoa powder while its still warm and then set this aside. in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars together well until its foamy. then add in the cooled chocolate/butter mixture and mix until combined. then add in the vanilla. gently mix in the flour, milk powder, and salt. then fold in the white chocolate and dehydrated mini marshmallows. set in the fridge for an hour. scoop and bake at 350 for 11-14 min or until the top looks set and crackly a bit! #hotcocoa #brownie #cookies #Recipe" has 231,884 views, 26,443 likes, 99 comments, 3,483 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
