✨Honey Chipotle Chicken Wrap 🌯 Ingredients Chicken Marinade • Chicken breast or thighs, cut into small cubes • 1 tsp cayenne pepper • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp oregano • ½ tsp chipotle seasoning • 1 tsp ground cumin • Salt to taste • 3–4 tbsp yoghurt • 1 tbsp chipotle paste • Juice of ½ lemon • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste • 1 tbsp honey For Cooking • 5 tbsp butter • A little oil • 1½ tbsp honey Chipotle Mayo • 2 tbsp mayonnaise • 2 tbsp sour cream • 1 tsp chipotle sauce • Juice of ½ lemon • ⅓ tsp cayenne pepper • Salt to taste Fresh Salad • 1 cup cucumber, diced • ½ red pepper, chopped • 1 red onion, chopped • Fresh parsley, chopped • Juice of ½ lemon • ½ tsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp honey • A pinch of salt • A pinch of black pepper For Assembly • Tortilla wraps • Lettuce, chopped • Oil, for crisping the wraps Method 1. Marinate the chicken: Mix the chicken with all the marinade ingredients and leave for 30 minutes. 2. Cook the chicken: Heat the butter and a little oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and golden. Stir in the extra honey and let it caramelise slightly. 3. Make the chipotle mayo: Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. 4. Prepare the salad: Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 5. Assemble the wraps: Spread chipotle mayo over each tortilla, then add lettuce, chicken and fresh salad. Drizzle with extra sauce, fold tightly and seal. 6. Crisp the wraps: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the wraps for around 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
