✨Mac n Cheese with korean Chilli Chicken bites 🌶️ For the chicken: * 500g chicken * 1 tsp salt * 2 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp parsley * 1 tsp oregano * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste Coating: * 1 egg * 150ml water * 1 cup flour * 1 tsp baking powder Sauce: * 4 tbsp butter * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1 cup ketchup * 1 cup sweet chilli sauce * 3 tbsp hot sauce * 2 tbsp sesame oil * 3 tbsp honey *2tbsp Buldak sauce or gochujang * ½ tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp chilli flakes Mac & Cheese * 300g pasta * 2 cups milk * 5 tbsp butter * 1 tbsp plain flour * ½ cup mozzarella or Red Leicester * 3 cheese slices * 1 tsp cayenne pepper * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp parsley * 1 tsp oregano Method 1. Season chicken: Mix chicken with all the spices and ginger-garlic paste. Add egg, flour, baking powder and water. Mix until well coated. 2. Fry: Deep fry on medium heat until golden and crispy. Set aside. 3. Make sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add all sauce ingredients. Cook on low for 2 minutes. Add chicken and toss until coated. 4. Cook pasta: Boil pasta according to the packet instructions and drain. 5. Make cheese sauce: Melt butter with a little oil. Add flour and mix. Gradually add milk while stirring. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 6. Add cheese: Stir in both cheeses, cayenne, salt, pepper, parsley and oregano until smooth. Add a splash of milk if needed. 7. Combine: Add pasta and mix until creamy and well coated. 8.
