Creamy, garlicky, and loaded with smoked sausage. 😍 DUMP AND BAKE BOURSIN ORZO WITH SMOKED SAUSAGE Ingredients: 1 (5.2 oz) package Rosemary & Black Garlic Boursin 16 oz uncooked orzo 14 oz fully cooked smoked andouille sausage, sliced A little olive oil, for optional browning 3 cups chopped fresh baby spinach 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved 8 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups chicken broth 2 tsp roasted garlic seasoning (I used Fire & Smoke Society) ½ cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving ½ cup heavy cream Red pepper flakes, optional Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place Boursin in the center of a 9x13 baking dish and spread the uncooked orzo around it. 2. If desired, brown the sliced sausage in a skillet with a little olive oil. Add sausage to one end of the baking dish and spinach to the other. Top with tomatoes and garlic. 3. Pour in chicken broth, making sure the orzo is down in the liquid. Sprinkle with seasoning. 4. Cover with an oven-safe lid or tightly with foil. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the orzo is tender. 5. Stir in Parmesan and heavy cream, mixing everything together really well. Cover and bake for 5 more minutes. 6. Stir and let sit for a couple minutes to thicken. Top with extra Parmesan and red pepper flakes, if desired.
