30 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN RECIPES 🎃 Day 10/30 - Ghost S’mores Cookies 👻🍪🍫 🇫🇷FR / ENG🇬🇧 Ingrédients 🗒️ Pour 4 cookies XXL : * 100g de beurre noisette * 80g de sucre brun ou vergeoise * 50g de sucre en poudre * 1 œuf * 1 cac d’arôme vanille * 160g de farine * 1 pincée de sel * ½ cac de levure chimique * 100g de pépites de chocolat au lait * 4 guimauves XXL * 4 biscuits Petit Beurre * 8 carrés de chocolat au lait Pour la décoration 👻 : * 4 guimauves à découper en forme de fantôme * 1 feutre alimentaire noir Préparation 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Mélangez le beurre noisette avec les deux sucres. 2. Ajoutez l’œuf et l’arôme vanille, puis mélangez. 3. Incorporez la farine, le sel et la levure chimique. 4. Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat au lait et mélangez. 5. Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, déposez les biscuits Petit Beurre. Ajoutez 2 carrés de chocolat au lait sur chaque biscuit, puis 1 guimauve XXL. 6. Recouvrez chaque montage avec la pâte à cookies pour former 4 gros cookies. 7. Enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 175°C pendant environ 15 minutes. 8. À la sortie du four, laissez les cookies refroidir légèrement. 9. Découpez les guimauves en forme de fantôme et dessinez les yeux et la bouche avec le feutre alimentaire noir. 10. Déposez un fantôme sur chaque cookie et laissez refroidir avant de déguster. Bon appétit & Happy Halloween 🎃👻 ⸻ Ghost S’mores Cookies 👻🍪🍫 Ingredients 🗒️ For 4 XXL cookies: * 100g brown butter * 80g brown sugar * 50g granulated sugar * 1 egg * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 160g flour * A pinch of salt * ½ tsp baking powder * 100g milk chocolate chips * 4 extra-large marshmallows * 4 Petit Beurre biscuits * 8 squares of milk chocolate For the decoration 👻: * 4 marshmallows to shape into ghosts * 1 black edible food marker Preparation 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Mix the brown butter with both sugars. 2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix. 3. Add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until combined. 4. Fold in the milk chocolate chips. 5. Place the Petit Beurre biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Top each biscuit with 2 squares of milk chocolate and 1 extra-large marshmallow. 6. Cover each stack with cookie dough to form 4 XXL cookies. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C / 350°F for about 15 minutes. 8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool slightly. 9. Cut the marshmallows into ghost shapes and draw the eyes and mouth with the black edible marker. 10. Place one marshmallow ghost on each cookie and let cool before serving.
