30 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN RECIPES 🎃 Day 8/30 - Spooky Black Pizza 🍕💀 🇫🇷 FR / ENG 🇬🇧 Ingrédients 🗒️ Pour la pâte à pizza : * 200g de farine * 100ml d’eau tiède * 5g de levure boulangère sèche * 1 cac de sucre * 1 cac de sel * 1 cas d’huile d’olive * Colorant alimentaire noir Pour le garnissage : * Sauce tomate * Mozzarella * Champignons en forme de tête de mort 💀 Préparation 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Mélangez l’eau tiède, la levure boulangère sèche et le sucre. Laissez reposer pendant 10 minutes. 2. Ajoutez l’huile d’olive et le colorant alimentaire noir, puis mélangez. 3. Ajoutez la farine et le sel, puis pétrissez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène et souple. ⚠️ Le colorant doit normalement être ajouté avant la farine. Je l’ai oublié et je l’ai ajouté après avoir pétri ma pâte. 4. Couvrez la pâte et laissez-la reposer pendant 45 minutes dans un endroit tiède. 5. Dégazez la pâte puis étalez-la sur une plaque de cuisson. 6. Laissez-la à nouveau reposer pendant 20 minutes. 7. Piquez la pâte avec une fourchette, puis étalez la sauce tomate. 8. Ajoutez la mozzarella râpée, quelques morceaux de mozzarella et les champignons découpés en forme de têtes de mort. 9. Faites cuire dans un four préchauffé à 250°C pendant environ 13 à 15 minutes. Mix the lukewarm water, dry yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. 2. Add the olive oil and black food coloring, then mix. 3. Add the flour and salt, then knead until you get a smooth, homogeneous dough. ⚠️ The food coloring should normally be added before the flour. I forgot and added it after kneading the dough. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. 5. Punch down the dough and roll it out onto a baking sheet. 6. Let it rise again for 20 minutes. 7. Prick the dough with a fork, then spread over the tomato sauce. 8. Add the shredded mozzarella, a few pieces of mozzarella and the skull-shaped mushrooms. 9.
