Mix in oil, then gently fold in the flour until just combined (don’t over mix). Fold in chocolate chips. Spread half the batter into the lined/greased pan. Make a layer of halloween oreos. Spread the rest of the batter on top. Top with chopped halloween oreos, sprinkles, and candy eyes. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs/mostly clean (no wet batter). Cool before slicing for clean cuts.
