Add onion, carrots & celery; cook until they start to soften. Add garlic, herbs, rind & seasonings. Pour in broth + bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer & cook until veggies are very tender, adding water if broth reduces too much! Remove herb stems + rind. Transfer veggies to a blender with some broth & blend until completely smooth. Pour back into remaining broth. Stir in butter, chicken & lemon juice. Cook pastina separately according to package directions.
