Video insights

@feral.goddesss's TikTok video "A Peruvian fisherman identified as Jonathan Quispe performed an act of bravery by entering the sea to rescue a whale that had become trapped in a fishing net. Jonathan Quispe entered the water without an oxygen tank and, armed only with a knife and a mask, managed to approach the cetacean to cut part of the rigging that prevented its movement. Quispe recounted that he decided to act after hearing the sounds the whale was making and noticing its difficulty moving. The task wasn't simple, as the animal initially submerged every time he tried to approach. After several attempts, the fisherman managed to climb onto his back and cut the net to free him. The man said that this is not the first time he has carried out a rescue of this type, as he has previously helped to free dolphins and turtles trapped in nets.
