Y’all ever had a cheesecake cake?😮‍💨 this red velvet biscoff cookie butter one was a 10/10😍 make it & thank me later! RECIPE: DOUBLE THE RECIPE (you’ll be using 2 boxes of cake mix) 1 box @Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste, 1 cup milk of choice, 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted @Kerrygold USA USA butter & 1 tsp @McCormick Spices red food coloring. Mix until smooth and then spray your baking pan (I used @Wilton Cakes 8x3in pans) & add batter evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on the counter for 30 minutes before removing from pan & placing your 2 cakes in the fridge. CHEESECAKE: 2 SOFTENED 8oz blocks of @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese 1 cup white sugar 1 large spoonful @Biscoff cookie butter 1 tbsp vanilla extract or bean paste 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 3 eggs (room temperature) Blend until smooth and all lumps are gone and then add half of your batter to a sprayed pan. Add 4-5 crushed up biscoff cookies & then your remaining cheesecake batter on top and then another 4-5 crushed cookies. Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees. Allow to cool on the counter for about 30 minutes, remove from the pan & then place into the freezer to set for 4-5 hours. BISCOFF BUTTERCREAM- 2 200g blocks softened unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste, 3 cups powdered sugar & a large spoonful of cookie butter. Blend until smooth and stiff peaks form then set aside. Cut the tops off of both of your cakes to level them & then to a cake board, add a little frosting to the bottom and then add your first cake on top, layer more frosting in between and then add your cheesecake to the middle. Add another layer of frosting and then top with your 2nd cake. Frost your entire cake and then add swirls to the top along with biscoff cookies on top.
