@shirin.khoshkhooy's TikTok video "A superrr delicious combination made with simple, easy-to-find ingredients 😍 Save this recipe because I’m sure everyone’s going to ask you for it! 🤭 Ingredients: * 5 medium eggplants * 6 medium tomatoes * 1 medium onion * 4 garlic cloves * 200 g Kashk * Dried mint, as needed * Chopped walnuts, as needed Tips: I cooked the tomatoes over very low heat for about 20 minutes, until their skins became wrinkled. That’s when they were ready to peel. For mixing the eggplants, an immersion blender makes the process much easier. Unfortunately, I forgot to add the chopped walnuts 😅 So, once the eggplants are completely mixed, add the chopped walnuts at the end. For the spices, I used turmeric, black pepper, and dried lime powder. Feel free to use any other spices you like! #cookingtiktok #fyp" has 13,822 views, 540 likes, 13 comments, 30 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
