@shirin.khoshkhooy's TikTok video "A dreamy Nescafé dessert that melts in your mouth 🤎✨ It’s honestly one of the easiest and most delicious desserts ever! So smooth, light, and incredibly silky 🥹 Ingredients: * 1½ cups full-fat milk (approximately 360 g) * ½ cup sugar (approximately 100 g) * 1 sachet of Nescafé instant coffee * 200 g breakfast cream * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tbsp slightly less than full gelatin powder (approximately 6–7 g) * 100 g whipping cream * Cocoa powder for decoration Tips: * If your Nescafé powder is already sweetened, use only ¼ cup of sugar 👌🏽 * The milk and cream should be lukewarm. If the mixture becomes lumpy, strain it to make it smooth and creamy 👌🏽 * Let it rest in the fridge for at least 7–8 hours to set properly 👌🏽 * For the gelatin: add about 2 tbsp cold milk over the gelatin powder and let it bloom before using 👌🏽 * Never let the mixture boil. Turn off the heat when it becomes hot but not boiling 👌🏽 #dessert #nescafe #coffee #fyp" has 891,377 views, 55,113 likes, 560 comments, 5,307 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
