Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. 5. Scatter butter pieces over the onions. 6. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. 7. Remove foil and top with cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan. 8. Bake uncovered another 20–25 minutes, until the onions are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden. 9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
