So simple, but they disappear FAST at the dinner table. 🤤 Recipe Ingredients * 3–4 large sweet onions, Vidalia if you can find them * 4 tbsp butter, sliced into small pieces * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tsp Cajun or seasoned salt, optional * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese * 1 cup shredded mozzarella * ½ cup shredded Parmesan * Fresh parsley for garnish Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Peel onions and slice into thick rings. 3. Separate the rings slightly and spread them in a buttered 9x13 baking dish. 4. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. 5. Scatter butter pieces over the onions. 6. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. 7. Remove foil and top with cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan. 8. Bake uncovered another 20–25 minutes, until the onions are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden. 9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
