@shirin.khoshkhooy's TikTok video "No-Bake Vermicelli Cheesecake 💛 A delicious Arabic dessert 👌🏽 For the crust: • 1 package of vermicelli • 70 g butter • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk For the cheesecake layer: • 200 g breakfast cream • 300 g cream cheese • ½ can sweetened condensed milk • 7 g gelatin powder • Brewed saffron, to taste • Pistachio slivers & dried rose petals for decoration (optional) Notes: 1. My phone storage was full when I added the condensed milk to the cheesecake layer, so unfortunately it didn’t record that part 🫠 2. To bloom the gelatin, sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then place it over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) until completely melted 👌🏽 3. If your mixture turns lumpy, blend it with an immersion blender until smooth 👌🏽 4. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours to set. 5. Make sure to cook the vermicelli over low heat, as the strands are very thin and can burn easily 👌🏽 #dessert #vermicelli #arabic #nobake #pastry" has 57,368 views, 2,544 likes, 29 comments, 200 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
