UPDATE: I want to clear up on my intention behind posting this as I acknowledge that I definitely over-generalized a bit here. I appreciate everyone who follows and supports my social media content. I don’t really make money off of my posts anymore & no longer have a manager.. so this is more of just my fun, creative, passionate outlet. it’s also become my way to reclaim my voice again after feeling silenced and diminished for the past almost 3 years. I feel like I’m brand new to expressing myself, and rediscovering who I am. I have nothing against anyone.. but there’s a sense of safety and community that I felt my cooking accounts had that I really cherished. & just being completely transparent, I really need more women in my life — now more than I ever have, so I think the shift is a lot more noticeable for me lately. but it’s all love, and I will always appreciate anyone who takes the time to watch my content. I do this because I truly just love food, I love veganism, I love cooking, and I love helping people eat healthy / delicious food, and overall i just love helping people with improving their lives. I have felt in the past that men (again, not all!!) & women use social media very differently. so anyway, I just wanted to clear that up because I meant no harm in this and im just hoping to find some community again 🩷🩷🩷🩷 — @myplantbasedkitchen TikTok
