Not quite the same, maybe a little lighter, but still perfect for a afternoon snack. 👩🏻‍🍳 Korean Street Toast Recipe Ingredients •1/4 cabbage •1 carrot •1–2 green onions •4 eggs •a pinch of salt •4 slices of bread •butter •1 tbsp sugar •ketchup •cheddar cheese •2 slices ham 1.Thinly slice the cabbage, carrot, and green onions. 2.Beat the eggs, add salt, then mix in the vegetables. 3.Toast the bread with butter until golden. 4.In the same pan, add a generous amount of butter and pour in the egg mixture. Cook on low–medium heat until golden on both sides.
