Analyse de la vidéo

La vidéo TikTok de @yooinoz « Yak Gochujang 약고추장 is one of those staple banchan you make in batches and keep in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks, ready to enjoy over rice with a fried egg and a drizzle of sesame oil for a quick meal. You can use it as a sauce over plain rice, mix it into bibimbap, wrap it with rice in steamed veggies or gim, or just pack it as a side dish for lunch boxes. If you want a healtheir version, swap the ground beef for ground chicken breast, diced oyster mushrooms or tofu. It’s also a great way to finish off some leftover gochujang sauce that’s been in the fridge for too long. 👩🏻‍🍳Yak Gochujang Recipe * minced beef, 250g * 1/2 leek (white part only) or 1-2 spring onions (white part only) * 1 tbsp minced garlic * 1 green chili pepper (cheongyang pepper) * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp cooking wine (mirin or any cooking wine) * 1 cup gochujang * 50-100ml water (adjust to your preferred consistency) - Cook the minced beef until well browned, stirring until all the moisture has evaporated. (I used extra lean beef.) - mince the leek and slice the chili pepper. Add the garlic, leek, and chili to the pan and stir-fry. - Add the soy sauce and mirin, stir-fry briefly, then add the gochujang and water and mix well. - Once it‘s bubbling and reaches your preferred consistency, let it cool, then transfer to a container and store in the fridge. don’t forget to add a drizzle of sesame oil when serving. #koreanfood #gochujang #bibimbap » compte 157 453 vues, 6 414 j’aime, 31 commentaires et 139 partages dans les indicateurs publics relevés par cet index.
