Analyse de la vidéo
La vidéo TikTok de @yooinoz « Yangnyeom Gejang 양념게장 I had my fair share of good Ganjang Gejang, or raw marinated crab while I was in Korea for Chuseok two weeks ago. But making ganjang genjang here is a bit tricky because finding crab that’s fresh enough to eat raw is one thing, and getting the marinating right is another. I will give it a try when I can find good quality fresh crab, but for now, we are happy with Yangnyeom gejang, which is usually made with frozen blue crab. Make sure to enjoy it with a huge bowl of freshly cooked white rice and some gim! 👩🏻🍳 Yangnyeom Gejang Recipe -500g frozen raw flower crab -1–2 hot chili peppers (I used 3 and it was a little too spicy) -2 green onions -1T minced ginger -1T minced garlic -4–5T gochugaru, depending on how spicy you like it -1T gochujang -1T soy sauce -1T kkanari fish sauce -1T plum extract -1T sesame seeds -1 cup soju -1T sesame oil -1T corn syrup, optional 1. Wash the frozen crabs and thoroughly clean the shells with a brush. 2. Cut off the crab legs and save them for ramen or soup. 3. Place the crabs in 1 cup of soju and leave them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. This helps get rid of any fishy smell. 4. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix sliced chili peppers, minced ginger, garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, fish sauce, plum extract, sesame seeds and green onions. 5. Remove the crabs from the soju and shake off as much excess liquid as possible. Toss them thoroughly with the sauce. 6. Transfer to an airtight container and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. 7. Drizzle with sesame oil right before serving. #양념게장 #koreanfood #rawmarinatedcrab » compte 72 500 vues, 5 470 j’aime, 16 commentaires et 206 partages dans les indicateurs publics relevés par cet index.
