Mix well and marinate for 1 hour. 2️⃣ Cook the chicken: Heat a pan and cook the chicken over low heat, allowing it to cook gently and stay juicy. Add a little more oyster sauce towards the end and cook until nicely coated and fully cooked through. 3️⃣ Make the sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with homemade chilli oil, including the garlic and onion bits. Add smoked paprika and mix until smooth and creamy. 🌶️ 4️⃣ Assemble: Lay out a tortilla and spread over some sauce. Add lettuce, chicken, diced cucumber, yellow pepper and onion, then finish with another drizzle of sauce. 5️⃣ Wrap & grill: Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap and place it seam-side down on a hot grill pan. Grill on both sides until golden, toasted and you get those beautiful grill marks.
