Video insights

@mindsetvibrations's TikTok video "Write the word "spoon" over and over for 60 seconds and something strange happens. 🥄 By the end, it stops looking like a real word. You start doubting the spelling. You wonder what it even means. That's jamais vu. French for "never seen." The lesser known opposite of déjà vu. It happens because the part of your temporal lobe that recognizes familiar things stops sending the "I've seen this before" signal. For a brief moment, your brain treats something completely familiar as something brand new. Here's the part most people miss: familiarity isn't something you see. It's something your brain builds, so you don't have to consciously process every little thing around you. Which means so much of what feels "normal" in your life is constructed. And anything constructed can be rebuilt. The more you understand how your brain works, the more control you have over your own reality. So what happens when you repeat a thought enough times? 🧠 Comment MIND and I'll show you." has 1,858 views, 66 likes, 1 comments, 3 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
