Video insights

@tasawarabbas_uk's TikTok video "Our previous post regarding a video of a Bangladeshi couple that went viral on social media in front of the Kaaba, with the claim that the wife had shared the good news of her pregnancy with her husband, was entirely wrong and based on baseless information. We sincerely apologize to all our readers for this mistake. The fact is that this video circulating on social media has no connection whatsoever to the actual incident. According to a verified statement from the Saudi Ministry of Interior, two Bangladeshi nationals (Nazir Al-Islam Basir and City Akhtar) have been sentenced to death for a serious incident that occurred inside the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca Mukarramah and for a grave violation of regulations. These sentences were carried out under a royal decree following legal proceedings in Saudi courts and the proof of the crime. This case has absolutely no relation to sharing news of a pregnancy or any such emotional event, as was wrongly linked in social media rumors. After this incident came to light, the Bangladeshi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the consulate had expressed concern that the diplomatic mission was not given prior notice before the sentences were carried out. We once again apologize for the information provided based on the misleading viral video on social media and are presenting the correct facts before you." has 71,748 views, 979 likes, 24 comments, 119 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
