Video insights

@based's TikTok video "If you want the textured mod, it comes down to 3 things: Haircut: Ask for a medium-length mod cut with point-cut layers on top for texture. Keep the sides full (no harsh fades), leave the fringe long enough to fall forward, and keep a rounded shape that moves, not bulky. Product: Use BASED Sea Salt Spray as a pre-styler for volume and separation, then a pea-sized amount of BASED Hair Clay for a matte, textured hold. Both products are from BASED, link in bio. Styling: Spray the Sea Salt Spray into damp hair and blow-dry while scrunching, pushing the front forward and slightly out. Once it’s fully dry, warm the Clay in your palms, work it through from back to front, and pinch a few pieces at the fringe so it stays separated. #BASED" has 43,740 views, 912 likes, 32 comments, 23 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
