Video insights
@traveltomtom's TikTok video "Pakistan explain this… 🤷🏽♂️ why Switzerland? 🤔🇨🇭 Why are you promoting SWITZERLAND when you have some of the most spectacular mountains in the world?! 🤯 I’m sitting in the beautiful executive lounge of the Mövenpick Hotel in Islamabad, enjoying some delicious food and stunning views over Pakistan’s capital. But then I look at the big TV screens… SWITZERLAND! 🇨🇭😂 And this is not the first time I’ve noticed this. We saw the same Switzerland promotional videos in the Best Western hotel in Lahore. Don’t get me wrong, Switzerland is gorgeous. @Jessmelu | Travel Creator is even Swiss and yes she loves her beautiful country! BUT PAKISTAN! 🇵🇰 You have the mighty Karakoram Mountains, Skardu, Hunza Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kalam and the incredible valleys of northern Pakistan! Some of the most breathtaking landscapes I’ve ever experienced while traveling the world! 😍🏔️ So why are Pakistani hotels showing the Swiss Alps instead of promoting their OWN beautiful country?! 😱 Pakistan has so much tourism potential, but you also need to be proud of what you have! Show the world YOUR mountains, YOUR valleys and YOUR incredible landscapes! Pakistan doesn’t need to look like Switzerland. Switzerland should be jealous of Pakistan’s uncountable 7,000+ meter mountains! 😏🇵🇰❤️ #pakistan #mountains" has 34,252 views, 2,567 likes, 80 comments, 42 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
