If I could go back and sit beside this little girl, I would hold her hand a little tighte… — @namaste_35

Video insights

@namaste_35's TikTok video "If I could go back and sit beside this little girl, I would hold her hand a little tighter and tell her that everything is going to be okay. 🥹❤️ I would tell her that life won’t always be kind. That she’ll experience heartbreak, make mistakes, lose people she loves, and spend years questioning whether she’s doing enough or whether she’s enough. I’d tell her that she’ll become a mother while she’s still trying to figure out who she is. That she’ll carry guilt, fight battles nobody sees, and sometimes lose herself trying to hold everything together. But I’d also tell her that she’s going to make it. ❤️ That one day she’ll look in the mirror and see a woman who is still standing. A woman who learned to forgive herself, who still believes in love, and who never stopped trying to become better. And if I could tell her just one thing, it would be this… You didn’t become everything you dreamed of, but you became someone worth being proud of. And baby girl, that is more than enough. 🥹❤️ Here’s to healing the little girl inside us while learning to love the women we’ve become. ❤️ #InnerChildHealing #DearYoungerMe #HealingJourney #womenover40 #LittleMeBigDreams" has 18,563 views, 661 likes, 23 comments, 113 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
