@foxnews's TikTok video "NEW: Cornell University is shutting down fraternity house parties for the rest of the academic year as outrage grows over its handling of a female student's alleged sexual assault at a frat house in 2024. The sweeping crackdown affects more than 20 active fraternities affiliated with the school's Interfraternity Council, with President Michael Kotlikoff imposing a "zero tolerance" policy that calls for the immediate emergency suspension of any chapter caught violating the restrictions. The Ivy League school is also working to bring in independent New York State Police investigators to investigate sexual assault allegations on campus. Kotlikoff says the restrictions will give the university time to determine "whether and how" fraternity life can safely continue." has 9,169 views, 186 likes, 49 comments, 3 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
