@gbnews's TikTok video "A former Strictly Come Dancing star has waded into the ongoing controversy surrounding Brendan Cole and Amy Dowden. Mr Cole hit headlines this past week following remarks about Ms Dowden's early exit alongside Chris Appleton from the current series of the BBC dance competition. Speaking to The People's Channel in his role as columnist for WhichBingo, James Jordan has insisted that Ms Dowden and her fans got the wrong end of the stick when it came to Mr Cole's comments. "He was really upset when all the press came out about it," Mr Jordan told GB News. "We're on the bus together, and when, especially me, I see stuff [in the press], I laugh because he's a good mate and I'll send it to him and say, 'Oh look, they're bashing you again.' And he's like, 'I don't understand it.'" #StriclyComeDancing #Showbiz #entertainment #GBNews" has 53,443 views, 444 likes, 38 comments, 17 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
